2024 BMW 8 Series Trim Levels

The 2024 BMW 8 Series has five available trim levels: 840i, 840i xDrive, M850i xDrive, M8 Competition, and ALPINA B8.

All BMW 8 Series models are available as a 4-door coupe. The 840i, 840i xDrive, M850i xDrive, and M8 Competition models are available as a coupe or convertible.

The 2024 BMW 8 Series is available as a 2-door coupe, convertible, or 4-door Gran Coupe. All 8 Series models feature a modern and athletic exterior design. Standard exterior features include an illuminated BMW double kidney grille, Icon Adaptive LED Headlights with Laserlight, gloss-black Shadowline exterior trim, and 19" wheels.

Available exterior features include extended Shadowline trim, chrome, or carbon fiber exterior trim, a rear spoiler, and 20" wheels.

Thirteen exterior color options are available, from sophisticated colors like Dravit Grey Metallic and San Remo Green Metallic to sporty colors like Portimao Blue Metallic and Frozen Pure Grey Metallic. Two additional ALPINA-specific colors are also available in the ALPINA B8.

The 2024 BMW 8 Series coupe and convertible interior seats up to four passengers, while the 8 Series Gran Coupe seats up to five passengers with more more rear legroom. If you plan on driving with three or more passengers regularly, we advise opting for the 8 Series Gran Coupe.

Standard interior features include a Digital Instrument Cluster and 12.3" Central Information Display, heated Multi-Functional Seats in extended Merino leather upholstery, adjustable ambient interior lighting, and a Harman Kardon® Surround Sound Audio System.

Available features include ventilated front seats, glass controls, and a Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround Sound System.

Standard 8 Series performance features include a turbocharged 6-cylinder engine and a smooth-shifting 8-speed automatic transmission.

Available features include a more powerful 4.4L turbocharged V8 engine and xDrive all-wheel drive.
