My service representative hunted down a warranty provision that saved me hundreds of dollars on my repair bill. I am extremely happy that she was extremely knowledgeable about possible warranties applicable to my situation and dogged enough to find and apply them to my invoice. Oh, and the repair itself was quickly and expertly performed.

I have a 2013 BMW X5d , I brought over from Germany 🇩🇪, it had a Engine warning light, called fro an appointment for the next day, the diesel exhaust system is a complicated system, but BMW Tucson, figured it out and fixed the problems. They have great mechanics and will find the problem and fix it.

The service department is fantastic. They are courteous, informative and helpful. I’ve been very pleased with my interaction with Lani, she’s great! The service department leaves a bit to be desired. Wasted 45 minutes of my time leading me to believe I had options on early return of my leased vehicle only to tell me my only option is to buy out my lease (on a vehicle I’m not happy with) or wait out the terms. I’m fine if there’s no option but would like the sales guy to be more forthcoming and not waste my time. I will be following the advice of friends and most likely trading it in at the Scottsdale location when the time comes or leaving the brand altogether.

Visited for routine service. Upon arrival in the service drive I was met promptly and taken to my Service Advisor, Lainie. Lainie took my information and confirmed my requested service. I chose to wait for the car and headed off to the recently remodeled waiting area where comfortable chairs (with some blocked off for pandemic spacing), a Starbucks automated coffee machine, large-screen TV, and convenience outlets for phones and laptops awaited. The service was completed in only an hour and Lainie fully debriefed me on the work done. Never "fun" to have your car serviced, but BMW Tucson certainly makes it as painless as possible. Highly recommended!

I went to the Dealership to see if it was worth switching from another luxury brand. I had never owned a BMW before. The sales associate, Patrick McCoy, was terrific. Not only was he thoroughly knowledgeable about the entire BMW line, he was patient in answering all my many questions. At the end of the day on the basis of the time I spent with him, I wound up buying a BMW. Would highly recommend.

Jayme was the best service advisor I have had in my limited experiences at BMW Tucson. She really took the time to listen to everything I had researched with the issues on my 1 series. All of my concerns were addressed and I was able to leave the dealer with two of my problems resolved. I will definitely feel comfortable bringing my vehicle back for future service. My one recommendation for the dealer is to have more than coffee and ice cream for extended waits when loaner vehicles are not available. Otherwise really impressed with the professionalism I experienced.

After breaking down 137 miles east of Tucson on a trip from San Francisco to Austin, the closest BMW service center was behind us in Tucson. I called the service department and was connected with Lainie, one of the best Service Advisors I have ever worked with. We had the car flat bedded back to BMW of Tucson and Lainie stayed right on it. We had a blown rear shock and tire, and after ordering and receiving the parts we were on our way about 36 hours later. He follow-up was detailed, regular and the repair was excellent. I also need to thank the technician who worked on the car. He too knew that we need to get on our way and had prepped the car in anticipation of the arrival of the parts. All of this happened while Covid had reduced the workforce at the Service Center. Thank you Lainie and the entire staff at BMW of Tucson!!!

My recent service experience at BMW of Tucson was really satisfying. I arrived early, and they took my 2011 328 straight back for quality care. Even though our BMW isn’t new, they keep it exceptionally well maintained. The dealership is clean, and limits the number who can wait in their guest area as an additional pandemic safety measure. We plan to continue using the dealership for our car servicing needs. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

BMW did a great job of working with my Insurance company to get a repair completed after pack rat damage. The entire engine was removed and wiring repaired and returned to me like it was new again. My service agent, Beatrice, was very responsive and she was kind enough to issue a loaner car that made life during the repair that much easier.

Very nice visit. My BMW service was still covered by my warranty, which I didn't know until the friendly and competent associate told me. It was ready 10 minutes earlier than I had been told to expect, and I enjoyed my wait in the beautiful showroom. They didn't have any i3's on display, which surprised me, as it's the best car I've ever owned.

My engine light came on due to active shutter failure. BMW Tucson got me in on Christmas eve, and was able to repair in a few hours. This procedure requires removal of the bumper. Upon pick up, everything was perfect! It was impossible to note the bumper had been off the car. Kudos to the mechanics performing this task! The reception and receiving tech were also very professional (Kayla). I didn't have to request a loaner vehicle. She prepared one, knowing I'd need one. I can only praise the care they've taken.

On a recent visit for service I also looked at a replacement for our current BMW 328 Ci coupe. Paul showed us a nice M4 Heritage but it was a DCT not a manual...so we passed. The next day he informed us of an M2 CS that would be coming to Tucson...rare car and the "ultimate" in drivability. So...well...we bought it!!! Fabulous. Scheduled service for a couple of recalls on my 2011 BMW 328i. Parts were available and the appointment was made quickly and conveniently. Reception, drop off and pick-up was a smooth and efficient process. Courtesy safety inspection and wash done too. Waiting area very clean with ample, comfortable seating.

If I were still running my business I would look to hire 2 extraordinary employees from BMW of Tucson; Patrick McCoy, (Client Advisor) and Tylor Blackman (Genius). Both gentlemen were patient, kind, upbeat, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about my new car (my 3rd BMW from this dealership)as well as attentive to my knowledge and comfort level. Initially walking in felt intimating. However, when meeting and dealing with the people that quickly went away. The test drive was informative, pleasant and professional. We did not feel pressured to buy. I do not like autonations stubbornness to not negotiate prices, as some pricing in my opinion is high. However this has nothing to do with BMW of Tucson. The finance person that assisted us was also great, informative and polite. Only three things to work on. 1) I asked from the start if there were two key fobs and was told they thought so but would have to check....only after signing was I told there was only 1. We purchased a second key fob afterwards for close to $300. The paperwork also said the car had a roof rack and it didn’t....another purchase. 2) it appears that small scratches in the paint were fixed with a paint pen which does not look nice but they are minor. 3) the person that we signed the final paperwork with appeared arrogant and seemed disappointed when we did not entertain getting the extended warranty.

Took my 2011 528i in to have the back brakes checked. Decided to wait while it was worked on. Ended up buying a 2021 X5 SUV which is a fantastic car (plus the 2011 did not need brakes). Used it for a trade in on the X5 and drove away with new car. This is the 2nd BMW that I purchased from this dealership and Juan Carlos in sales. They made it so easy (too easy) and the purchase was done. The finance manager JL was also terrific as well as Ryan in service. Could not be happier. The 5 X had everything we wanted including a trailer hitch factory installed. Top notch company that hires great people.

I recently brought my car in because the “low coolant” light came on. I was referred to Lalania Mueller upon my arrival. While sitting at her desk, we both noticed fluid dripping from the bottom of my car. Lalania immediately took action to have my car looked at that day and made arrangements for me to get a loaner since the service department was quite busy that day. My car was kept overnight and was found to have a cracked coolant reservoir. It was fixed and Lalania even found a coupon for me. Her attention and efficiency made the entire transaction very easy. Working with her was very enjoyable, and I very much appreciated her attention to my problem. BMW has a remarkable employee in her.

I absolutely love BMW of Tucson. I usually live in LA but have been in Tucson working on my undergrad. I would rather go to BMW of Tucson than any of the BMW service places out in Los Angeles, and I do! My engine light was on all summer and I took it to BMW of Santa Monica THREE TIMES where it stayed in their possession for weeks on end and the problem would be fixed for a day and then the light would come back on. I got to Tucson at the end of summer, took the car in to BMW of tucson, and they fixed the problem in 3 days when BMW of Santa Monica couldn’t fix it in 2 months. I go to BMW of Tucson anytime I have an issue and Ryan is always ready and able to assist. Everyone there is extremely helpful and want to get you out of there as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Recommended extra maintenance, without being pushy. Her and the entire staff were very attentive to every customer there, asking if we needed help with anything, offered to make coffee, bring water, or if we’d like to change the channel. When my vehicle wase, Beatrice took time and went over the maintenance that was done on my car, and was genuinely attentive. Superior customer service!!!

E39 2002 BMW 530i. Jayme presented upfront costs for diagnostic services and wrote down my concerns. Upon completion of the inspection, technician indicated he definitely found long time source of suspension noise that other BMW shops only speculated what the issue was. Scheduled for repair next week to hopefully resolve. I appreciated the professionalism, friendliness, the waiting lobby and of course, the clean car upon leaving.

Where do I even start? This review is for BMW Tucson, but I actually bought my vehicle in Phoenix at AutoNation off I-17 & Bell so it's a mix of both. My Salesman was Julian Ortega, he is one of the best out there! Our first experience with Julian was when we went to go car shopping, we went to AutoNation, and told him about what I was looking for and all that jazz and he's a NO BS man. Set the facts straight and helped my decision even further. Couple weeks go by, I'm still browsing some other places, but something about AutoNation struck me, and I really appreciated the customer service from Julian and all the staff! They kept us up to date on the vehicle, the process, the payment, the whole 9 yards! My vehicle was down in Tucson, which meant one of two things. We either went down there to get it or Julian could go get it. The amazing man that he is, he went down to go get it and bring it back looking shiny, despite hitting a dust storm to and fro. I needed a co-signer, which was my dad, who lives in Prescott at the moment. Once again, Julian comes in clutch! He DRIVES up to Prescott, the very next day, to get my Dad's signatures for everything and comes back down with everything ready to go. This was all done within the two days we got for the weekend. Had he not gone the extra miles, we would probably still be waiting for this car. When it came to the paperwork, we had spoken to Svitlana Clemmer. She was a great hand in everything, explained any and all changes to documents as well as keeping a personal connection and not just worrying about business. She kept in contact to update on paperwork which helped settle the nerves. We also spoke with Mike Warriner. When Julian was not present, he was our guy. He had a full understanding of our case, knew what was going on, and helped keep us up to date as well. Overall, the customer service that AutoNation gives is family-like. I enjoyed my time with them, never did I ever feel uncomfortable with anything and they did everything with a purpose! Efficient and proficient. Excellent, superb dealership at AutoNation Phoenix. Thank you!!

This is my 2nd buying experience with BMW of Tucson. Juan Carlos is a super person and salesman. The sales manager treated me well and very fairly when Covid 19 delayed manufacture and delivery of my car by 6 months. I had some difficulty setting up my in car garage door opener, and Juan Carlos drove to my home 20 mileages away to help me set up the built in opener. I am a first time BMW owner and will probably never leave the BMW family now that I am here. BMW dealerships are a different world compared to other, more mainstream brands. The treatment I get at BMW when having my car serviced is outstanding. I purchased a service plan with my deal so as not to have sticker shock, and maybe remorse, each time I have the car serviced. Instead, I drive in, meet with my advisor, and an hour or so later, car is washed and serviced. I sign the paperwork and am on my way. Like with anything in life, you get what you pay for, the quality of the car is fantastic and the service I get is outstanding. BMW is a want, not a need but if you have the means, I would highly recommend looking at their line-up.

I’d been debating a car purchase and just stumbled on a used BMW that I loved while browsing an app. Less than five minutes after I hit the send button for “contact dealership” I received a phone call. Kayla made sure veh got in right away and reserved a loaner veh for me. I'm especially grateful as I needed transport that day too. Nothing wrong w/exhaust, BUT good thing they checked veh over and bushings leaking & cracked, 1 tire worn way down, other things that needed tending and a complimentary car wash too! On a cross country trip and 5 hours from Tucson on a Friday afternoon my tire alert comes on. We called the dealership and they said they would be happy to check if we could get in before 6. We arrived at 5:30 with low expectations. They were amazing. Changed my tire AND gave me an oil change. They stayed after closing to help and we were out by 6:30. I would give 10 stars if possible!

This was our first visit to BMW of Tucson with my 2006 330ci. My husband usually does the maintenance on it. The car needed an oil change. While we were there BMW of Tucson checked for recalls and found one on the air bags, which they included in the service. They also did a full inspection of the car and found that the belt needed to be replaced. They called us and we went ahead with the replacement. All the work was done in a very timely manner and we were notified of issues along the way. The communication was very good. I will definitely bring the car back for future service.

Initially the service started out great. Special thanks to Paul Peranzi for his help getting me finance and too Paul Lunde who always took the time to tell me what was Really happening on a daily basis for the almost 3 weeks that it took to finally finish the deal. I live in San Antonio and was intending to fly out and drive the 13 hours back but the kidney issue stopped that in its tracks so i asked if i could remote sign and send the down payment via wire howeer they wanted but it sseemed to put them out to have t o do this! First my DL expired on the 20th of August but you have to wait s long to get an appointment at DPS that the governor made all licenses including mine good until this situation is over at least end of the year and i had the loetter explainng but couldn't find it, DPS never answered or resonded to voicemailso i suggested my militay id which they said woud be fine so after about 50 different pictures finally got one that was good enough for them. Then iwas told that Fedex was missed since it was 4:30 which is bs because i have used Fedex mu entire career, but it would go out Monday everything was done and good to go. Monday I waaaaas all day arranging transport for my vehicle for Tuesday or Wednesday which i got . AT 9 pm that evening Martin Fiello sent me an email saying Maverick declined my military id i neeed DL proof. Next day i called Maverick and they had no order from BMW Tucson and asked if i had a passport. Of course i do and that worked perfectly. Sent he pics on Tuesday but didn't actually finally get to sign with a notary until Fri September 4 at11:30 am. Notary called Tucson tol them she had down payment and all documents sgned and notarized and it was being sent Fedex overnight. i called to inquire what would be th best time to have transport pick itup i was told that they had to have the actual signed papers that they hired a notary to witnes. What was the damn point of all the notary and sending everything back and forth when they were already signed by esign once and she had the check in her custody which meant your custody since she was their proxy yet i couldn't load my car and have it sent till they go the docs. Redundant, redundant, redundant, overkill whatever you want to call it. I had told Martin that the tax amount was wrong on the initial sales document that Texas was 6.25% and i get special registration pricing due to my disable veteran status. He assured me it would be fixed and taken care of. i get an email yesterday or the day before saying some nonsense that it had to go to Arizona first then TX would reciprocate whatever that means but if they title that vehicle in AZ and then send it to TX, i will be on the hook for $748 sales tax here. i called TX DMV and they told me that as long as I didn't drive it out of AZ without registration it needs to be titled and registered in TX. What's the point of double title and registration except more money it costs me and with COVID slowing things to a crawl, I won't ever get my Texas tags till December. I don't understand and there is no legal federal or AZ law that says it has to be titled there. Several times i held my temper at Martin until finally i sent himtwo posts from the AZ vehicle section where 1 person ought a $15 permit to drive it out of AZ to tag it somewhere else and another similar to the same effect and he just blew me off. I guess its nothis problem to deal with since its sold and he lied so many time and he did it again with regard to the title and registration. Why does he have to make things so difficult for someone who paid 25% interest just t get the car and specifically from your dealership. He can eiher sendthe tax and registration money to TX DMV or even easier is to send it to me and i can have it titled and registered with the minimal amount of time and money and aggravation. I know that i don't want anything else to do with Martin Fiello because I was special operations in the military and if i don't trust you, i got nothing for u.Overall an excellent car, a good manager helped me get approval and another guy Paul Lunde wa straight with me and helped me every time i called. Bottom line, if i were still a medical device or pharma manager Martin Fiello would be long gone.

I took my 2009 328i in to get navigation upgraded. After checking my system is too old for their equipment, CD vs thumb drive. So they aired up my tires, offered to wash the car but I declined and did not charge me for anything. I was disappointed but not their fault. Brought my car in because the dash board indicated the tire pressure was low, especially the right rear tire. As I was figuring out how to make coffee, with help from a BMW staff, Lalania M approached to inform me that the right rear tire was damaged by a finishing nail. We discussed my options and I decided to purchase a tire. After further discussion we determined buying a matching tire for the rear would provide a better driving experience. Lalania performed in a professional manner guiding me through this repair. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.

I took my 128i in for service at 80,000 miles. There were many suggested services that were explained. I picked some of them. There was also a small oil leak. I had bought an expensive and comprehensive extended warranty when my factory warranty expired. At first the warranty company rejected coverage. However, my service writer, Beatrice, redid the claim with more supporting evidence and the claim was covered. I?m happily in my up to date car, which was nicely washed before I picked it up.

Imagine not knowing that and coming in for only a routine ( free service). If the Beatrice had not been genuinely concerned about me as a customer my experience may have been different. Her recommendation to talk to my insurance company was a great on because I was reimbursed. The rental setup that BMW Tucson has with Enterprise was another plus. Had vehicle in for a system malfunction. It required some type of system upgrade or reset. Service advisor, Gene Herndon, advised me it wasn?t covered under warranty and charged me $555.05. I disagreed with the warranty call and phoned BMW myself. Armed with the denial code, I explained my case to the BMW Warranty representative and he informed me that it was covered. This info I then passed to Gene who became quite defensive and said he didn?t know how to refund my money. I told him it should just be refunded directly to my credit card. At any rate, I had a very productive session with Gabe Stearns, the Service Manager, who had not been briefed on the situation and once I briefed him, fixed the situation immediately with a refund to my card. Extremely good service by Gabe.

I took my leased 2018 X1 in for repairs on 2/29/2020. When I learned about a large repair bill, I thought it might be smarter to trade it in for a new X1. The lease was up in October, 2020. They had a great deal on a 2019 X1 that had been used as a loaner. They were extremely cooperative, and process was made very simple to trade. I feel I got a great deal, and all of the employees were great to work with. It was a happy ending to a shock of a potential large repair expense.

I had a $500 rebate with my insurance company USAA. I told the salesman prior to coming in. On the day I purchased my BMW the salesman was attempting to get the voucher when he was hung up on. Unbeknownst me, he gave up entirety. Four days later, I brought in the printout with 2 places they needed to fill out. They completely disregard my request, I didn't find this out until 20 days later. When asked they blew me off and told me "it was too late to take advantage of the offer" . Martin is the manager that helped me. He has left me regretting the entire deal. He treated me like it is his decision whether I get the rebate offered specifically to me by my insurance. Do not buy a car from these people. They will say anything like "we only want to do right by you". Once the deal is done, you are done. This is my 3rd BMW I have purchased. Never have I experienced such unprofessional, low standard, at a BMW dealership. Having all the texts messages, that prove this is exactly what happened. Martin is definitely not professional and doesn't live up to his slogan. Worst experience ever.

BMW gives the best service I have ever received at a dealership! I brought my i3 (barely out of warranty) in for a repair to the electric charging port and cover. Bmw rented a vehicle for me to use while the repair was being made. After expressing frustration to the manager Gabe with the process and cost for the repair he waived the cost of the repair! I have never had anything but negatives at any car dealership. Thanks to Gabe and BMW!

I bought a vehicle swiftly and with very little hassle from Anthony over at BMW of Tucson. He even changed his schedule to come in and finalize the deal on his day off to accommodate my schedule. I was in an out in less than 90 minutes. Very satisfied. Only issues were my parking brake was too loose. Brought it back and they repaired it, gave me a loaner, and no charge. The buildings were under construction. No biggie but really sure of the "facilities" as a result.

Not only was it fixed in a timely manner, but because an extended warranty had been issued for this problem there was no charge to fix it. Yea!! Additionally they washed the car for me. email I had sent to Paul Peranzi: Paul, well, I had to have the 2010 Volvo towed to you guys today. I'm not sure what is going on with the vehicle, again. Since I've had it- end of April- it had to go back for the ac motor, I brought it to have the windshield checked, then I brought it to Tony's auto glass to replace the windshield- the molding on the top and bottom was bad- and had to have it towed there today for problems. This is very frustrating to me. I'm not sure what I'm going to have to do. I figured buying a vehicle from BMW of Tucson would be a good thing. Obviously, I'm having second thoughts. It's under warranty right now, but when it expires I'm not going to be able to fix a broken vehicle. I would love to keep it, but, I'm on disability and on a fixed income, so it scares me to think of what will happen next repair wise. I'm not sure what to do. I put down my savings and had to finance the balance. I'm really concerned about the purchase of this particular vehicle. I was planning a trip with my kids to California next month with this car, but, that's out, as I'm not sure what will happen! I shouldn't have to worry about that! Frustrated customer. I had made several calls to Paul Peranzi and left him a message on his voicemail, never received a call back. They are definitely not good about getting back to me in a timely manner via phone calls and emails!!!! especially my sales person Devin Shamblin- I would not recommend him as a salesperson!!! It takes days to get back to me- if at all! Also, I spoke to 2 ladies in the service department when my car broke down- Jennifer and someone else, forgot her name. Anyways, I was stranded as the vehicle broke down and asked if they could have it towed to their service department, she said that they didn't have that service. also, she had the gull to tell me to have it towed to Volvo!!! I'm like I bought the vehicle from BMW of Tucson, and it was still under warranty! Are you kidding me!??? so, I had to have it towed myself to their service department. At this point I'm not sure that I want to keep the car as their customer service is horrible! Rude, unprofessional etc. I'd rather do my business elsewhere to be honest! They claim they do a 100 plus inspection on their used cars, I don't know who is doing the inspections. I took the car through the drive through car wash and I got soaking wet- freaked me out! the inside of the car got wet also, not good for the electrical system inside of the vehicle! I did wipe it down immediately! It had a bad windshield, molding on the top and bottom was bad .When I bought the car there was a chirping noise coming in from the inside of the car- bad ac motor. They did fix that a week later, but shouldn't that have been picked up during the 'inspection' prior to selling it!?? I'm definitely frustrated- I bought the vehicle at the end of April, so many issues, and it hasn't even been 2 months! I would not recommend BMW of Tucson!!!!!

We always attempt to go to Tucson BMW for our service even though it's a 4 hr drive for us. There service is much preferred over other dealers we've visited but sometimes it is not possible to drive to Tucson. This last time we made a special trip and Tucson did some troubleshooting and eliminated a couple of items another dealer wanted to just change out and charge us for to see if it would fix the issue. Tucson had the vehicle for a day and a half troubleshooting, all as a courtesy.

I looked at everything from Subaru WRX, Mercedes, Jaguar, Dodge, Fiat, Audi and Lexus and BMW. I had a limited amount of time to go to dealerships and try and find my next car. I unintentionally skipped breakfast, lunch and dinner in my hunt on a Friday and visited 5-7 dealerships in Tucson. Everything from smaller used car dealerships to larger new\used car dealerships. After visiting 5 or more dealerships over a 10 hour period I came to the conclusion that a BMW was exactly what I was looking for in all my categories but none of the BMW cars I looked at had been well taken care of. Finally I decided to go straight to the source and visit the local BMW dealership "BMW of Tucson". I was nervous because generally you pay a premium and get less for your trade-in at larger dealerships. I was trading in a mint Burgundy 2012 4-door Jeep Wrangler unlimited Oscar Mike and I knew exactly what it was worth based on other listings in the area etc. I was greeted upon arrival by a very pleasant young man by the name of Devin Shamblin. He was quickly able to pull up his inventory of used BMW's meeting my price and other criteria. within minutes he had the keys to the vehicles and we were out in the parking lot looking at them. Devin had previously worked at a prestigious BMW dealership in Germany for 5 years and his knowledge of BMW was phenomenal. Every used vehicle we looked at was in immaculate condition and had no issues. They provided me the full carfax and service record history on every vehicle which provided me the transparency to make an educated and confident decision in buying. One of the vehicles I wanted to look at had just recently come in and was away from the dealership being detailed. I really wanted to look at that particular 328i but it was getting late. The quality of used vehicles for sale here are Leagues ahead of any other dealership I visited in Tucson. Another person that was amazing to work with was the sales manager Paul Peranzi! Around 8pm a monsoon started dumping rain in perfect timing for Paul to run outside and evaluate my jeep trade-in. He weathered the rain, brought it into the garage and lifted the jeep to get a good evaluation with no shortcuts. They offered me much higher than any other dealership for the trade-in for my jeep. Only a small amount off of what is was worth on a private sale, amazing! and the process was very painless. The 328i I wanted to look at was running late coming back from the detailer but Paul and Devin hung out with me until past closing time, never making me feel guilty, to allow me to look at the 328i. Paul and Devin are two amazing gentleman and treated me with better service than any other service experience I've ever had. I ended up not purchasing the 328i but decided on the 2012 Black 528i I had looked at. Throughout the rest of the process Paul, Devin and Zane Moore made me feel very comfortable and continually offered me water or other drinks. They were very transparent and answered any questions and provided every detail. 2 days later, while trying to install a vent cell phone holder, 2 of the vents broke on a very fragile hinge-point. Even though i was being very delicate the damage was ultimately caused by me trying to install the cell phone mount. Paul asked me to bring it in so he could take a look at it. I was very worried and Paul erased my worries entirely when i brought it in first thing Monday morning. He immediately got me into a loaner car, was extremely fair in the repair of the vents, had the repairs done later that day and ready for pickup after i got off work. When I arrived to pick up my BMW from service Paul greeted me at the door, offered me water, personally walked me over and introduced me to the service adviser, walked with me out to the bay and stood there chatting with me until my vehicle arrived for me to drive away. His attention and sensitivity to every detail of the experience and interaction is unmatched. Over a week later I'm greatly enjoying my new BMW and am extremely thankful for the staff at BMW of Tucson and their attention to detail. I spent 5 hours paint detailing this car over the weekend and this 5 series is immaculate.

The receptionist, the gentleman that’s registered our vehicle, the Manager, and then the mechanic. They gave us a vehicle to use since they had to keep the vehicle overnight at no charge. If you need service on your car, be prepared for a long wait. 6 hours they have had the car to recalibrate the sensors after a windshield install. Still nothing. Called and go hung up on 5 times. Finally called another department, of which helped me and told me it would be a bit longer. Mind you, I asked for the car to be done by 2 when I got off work and assumed since I dropped it off at 9 am for my appointment it wouldn't be an issue... 3 PM and nothing.... they are lucky there is not another BMW dealership here in Tucson.

We are always treated respectfully. If there is a problem it is immediately corrected and something extra offered. One time, there was a missed item on a service request. They immediately made it right and gave us a free auto detail for our inconvenience. We recently purchased a 2018 X5. There was a hiccup in communication with the first salesperson. Tracy Moorman, the general manager called us personally and referred another sales person, Ernie Buck to us. That same day, Mr. Buck brought out a X5 out to our house. While it did not have all of the features we needed, Mr. Buck worked with us within a few days to find the perfect X5. We highly recommend this dealership. They truly care about their customers before and after the sale.

I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 2.0 T Quattro from BMW Tucson, while the buying experience was almost sub-standard.. Their inability to diagnose, repair and most importantly honor our contracted warranty agreement is completely staggering. I brought numerous concerns to their attention including some that could be serious safety concerns and all they've managed to accomplish in 2 days is replacing a visor clip and lug nuts and now have decided to inform me that their sales manager will not sign off on the necessary repairs needed to send me back out safely onto the road? I had recently taken my car in to the service department at BMW of Tucson and was especially pleased to have had the privilege of having the Shop Foreman, James Jones oversee and personally work on my car. His work is remarkable and it would be difficult to stress how valuable he truly is. In any profession, there are those who either excel because they are driven, or others who rise above the crowd because they are naturally gifted. And once in a great while you’ll happen to come across someone like James who exudes both passion and skill. When we first met, I was thoroughly impressed by the way he genuinely and patiently listened to me and addressed any concerns I had. My appreciation for him only grew after seeing his work. He has a keen eye for detail and makes difficult tasks appear effortless. After he worked on my car, it somehow felt even newer than the day I drove it off the lot. His care and attention could be seen and felt. Despite his modest and mild disposition, his work demands recognition. He is someone who deserves endless praise and yet he manages to remain so very humble. James is loaded with talent and integrity and to say he is an asset would be an understatement. Took my BMW 528i in for service at scheduled 8:20am appointment. Marcela Arns checked me into the system and told me the job would take about 1 hour. Instead of using a loaner car, I just told her I would wait in the lobby. She gave me periodic updates, and I was out the door within an hour. Great job.

Had the most awesome experience of my life. Zane worked with me and we were able to get an new B7 Alpina. He was courteous, professional, and a down to earth guy. The facility is beautiful and really puts you at ease. I never once felt pressured (except for my wife who really wanted the car) and everything was straight forward with no surprises as we went through the process. Maresa was wonderful in the finance. All in all, I highly recommend BMW of Tucson and Zane the sales guy. I will definitely be a return customer in the future!

Lamarr Neely and Miko Simental helped me and my family with the purchases of two cars there on May 13th and May 16th. The vehicles are in perfect shape for used cars. I had considered going to an independent repair shop but decided to do my service at Tucson BMW this time. I am very happy with the whole experience, including providing me with a loaner when service could only be completed the next day. I'm staying with the dealership for future repairs.

Very courteous staff, repairs are done well, car is washed and vacuumed when returned back to you. All is excellent. Suggestion: Soda in the fridge would be great for those that don't drink coffee and you're not in the mood for water.

Their service department is terrible. We've had several less than stellar experiences with this place. Beware..if your car it too old they won't give you a loaner. Last time we made an appointment on a day they would have a loaner (this was last year so our car wasn't too old I guess), we get there and they don't have any cars. So we sat there for 4 HOURS waiting to get an oil change while we needed to be at work. They truly don't seem to want our business and nor do they care. They give the brand a bad name and we will not be back. We won't buy another car here either. They suck.

We bought an 08 brand new in 09. It is a 335i, super fast and we dearly love the car. It only has 30,000 miles on it as we are gone all summer and leave the car here. The local dealership is excellent. Our son has the 335i as well and loves his too. What's not to love?

Problem was resolved this time; previous replacement part failed in 2 weeks. Key to my positive feeling was the service provided by Steven Joseph, the Service Rep. Very responsive and showed he was concerned about the inconvenience caused. I will use Steven in the future.

I recently bought a 535i CPO. About a weeks later, I noticed that my audio was cutting out for a fraction of a second, randomly, about every 10 minutes. I was afraid that if I took it in for service that they wouldn't be able to duplicate or find the problem. Well they confirmed the problem within the first day, checked the radio, connections, and the amp, and then fixed the problem a couple days later. It ended up being the factory amp. I'm very happy with there thoroughness. Thank you!

I just bought my first BMW last week. My 2016 X1 is a wonderful car to drive. Couldn't wait to take it on a short road trip to Chandler last weekend. Just suddenly realized what I have been missing all these years. I went into the dealership originally to look and had no intention of buying that day. My sales person, Marcos, was great. He knew the product and spent the time I needed to know it was the correct deal and the right time to make it. BMW has checked back with me over the last week to see if I need any further assistance. If this service continues, I will be a lifelong customer.

I've been driving my new 2017 X1 for one week now and am already positive that it is the right vehicle for me. This car has it all. My salesman was amazing. It's unbelievable how smooth our process was in buying our vehicle. By far the best car buying experience we've had. When they say no haggle pricing, they mean no haggle pricing. I'd like to compliment our sales rep Francisco who has been great! He never pressured us and was very patient while we looked at other vehicles. He and Paul who is his sales manager were extremely professional and although we purchased used, they have treated us as if we were buying a brand new BMW. They have also followed up since to make sure the vehicle is still running smooth. This has given us peace of mind that we were sold a great vehicle. Have and will continue to tell everyone about how great this dealer has been to us.

Terrible service. Refuse to handle select safety recalls. Agents are short and have no interest in helping you or returning messages and calls. They spent 4+ hours searching for my parked car in their tiny couple acre car lot. Never buy from these people or utilize their auto services.

My 528i was having some transmission issues. I took the car to BMW Tucson, Marcela Arns and received excellent service. The car now drives like a dream with no issues. They needed the car a couple extra days to properly diagnose the issue, but Marcela got me loaner and kept me posted on updates with my car. Turns out the transmission issue was a major expensive part, so Marcela went to BMW corporate, and they agreed to cover 85% of the cost due to the low mileage and the fact I'm a loyal customer. This is just the kind of support and service you expect from BMW, but Marcela Arns made it all happen. I'm very thankful and very happy. Highly recommend BMW Tucson--see Marcela Arns for any service issues.

Called Monday about 4 to make routine appt. for oil change. Tuesday, 9AM I arrived for the appt and was on my way home 1.5 hours later! Everyone was super nice and efficient. On the inspection everything was fine except that I need new tires. I expected that. It was a pleasant visit.

As usual, my experience with BMW Tucson was first rate. They did a fantastic job servicing my Z4, then had it detailed. Gave me a brand new loaner car that was clean and a pleasure to borrow. They called me promptly when my car was finished and were totally professional. Jade, who handled the service appointment was top notch. I bought my Z4 there and even though I drive down from the Phoenix area, it is well worth the trip. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks to you all for your professional and courteous service!

Service is absolutely terrible, period. I took mine for a simple inspection, oil change and sos signal set up before my winter trip. It took them two days to get it "ready" (or better to say, get rid of it). Seriously! They even didn't give me a loaner for the first night and never called that it is gonna take more than one night (for an oil change!!!!). Why not calling me?? The second night, I asked and they then had to give me a loaner until my car gets ready. The first surprise was that the service man had left without being there to explain why it took this much time. The second surprise was when after reading the documents... I found that they didn't set up the sos signal before I go on my winter trip. Frustrating? Just the beginning... On the road with the first time cold weather, the windshield fluid gone frozen! That is while I explicitly told them to make the car ready for my WINTER trip. And I was so wrong being sure they have the knowledge to put a low freeze point liquid for me. This ignorance could have led to a serious accident for me or others. More surprise was that the oil has gone bad all of a sudden in its 30% life time while again I had emphasized to put the top quality engine oil for me. And when I called them multiple times to ask about a relevant error message on the iDrive, a new genius individual, after repeating everything I know already, tells me she recommends to bring the car in. Well... congrats for being the least knowledgeable and worst service center ever I have experienced...

During our trip, we needed to have our scheduled maintenance performed. We got an appointment quickly and the service adviser who helped us was Marcela Arns. She took care of all the procedures to handle the maintenance included in our Canadian package and explained it all to us. All procedures were done with BMW . We had a Super service and they treated us as if we were one of their own best client. Thank you Marcela and the Tucson team.

BMW replaced my original battery almost 4 years ago. The battery was expensive but when I reviewed the manufacturer, Exide, it had a 7 year warranty. Not bad for the price paid. When I had a problem with the battery a week ago, I went in to BMW for battery replacement, I found out that BMW only gives a 2 year warranty for a $350 battery. I do not understand this policy since the manufacturer of the battery offers a 7 year warranty. Why can't BMW facilitate replacement utilizing the manufacturer's warranty? I understanding using quality batteries for BMW vehicles but offer the protection that the price/quality is afforded by the manufacturer.
